Terms and Conditions

Last updated 17 September 2026 · These terms are between you and Helium22 ("we", "us"), the operator of ComeOnPC.

1. The service

ComeOnPC lets one person show their screen to one other person in a web browser, with voice, chat and an on-screen pointer, so the other person can guide them. A session starts only when both people enter each other’s code and address, and the person sharing approves screen sharing in their browser. Either person can end it at any time.

Keyboard and mouse control. The person being helped may, if they choose, let the other person use their keyboard and mouse. This never happens automatically: it requires the person being helped to run the ComeOnPC Helper on their own computer and to approve each request on their own screen, and either person can stop it instantly. Because the Helper runs with ordinary user rights, actions needing Windows administrator approval must still be confirmed by the person physically at that computer. ComeOnPC has no unattended access: nobody can connect to a computer with no person present.

2. Using ComeOnPC

• You must be at least 13 years old, and at least 18 to buy a paid plan.
• Only share a screen you are entitled to share, and only with someone who has agreed to watch it. Never use ComeOnPC to obtain or view information without the other person's clear consent.
• You must not use ComeOnPC to harass, defraud, or deceive anyone, to circumvent security measures, to distribute unlawful content, or to disrupt the service (including flooding it with connections or attempting to bypass session limits).
• You are responsible for anything done under your account. Keep your password and authenticator private.
• Never ask, pressure or trick anyone into granting keyboard and mouse control, and never request control of a computer you have not been asked to help with. Impersonating support staff or any organisation to gain control is strictly prohibited and may be a criminal offence.
• ComeOnPC and the ComeOnPC Helper are provided only by Helium22 from comeonpc.com. You may not redistribute, rehost, repackage or offer the Helper or ComeOnPC anywhere else, or represent that it is available from anywhere other than comeonpc.com. Helium22 does not license or share this service with any other company.
• We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

3. Plans, payment and fair use

• Plan features, prices and allowances are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added where applicable.
• Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Payment is taken by card through our billing platform (ProcessMy, using Stripe). You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; the plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.
• Relay allowances are fair-use limits on traffic that passes through our relay servers. When an allowance is used up we may reduce relayed video quality or ask you to buy additional relay capacity; we will not cut off a session in progress.
• Team and Business plans include a stated number of accounts; extra accounts are charged at the per-account rate shown on the pricing page.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Whether two browsers can connect depends on networks we do not control. We may take the service offline for maintenance, and will show a notice when we do.

5. Your content

Whatever you show or say during a session stays yours. We do not view, store or record it, and we claim no rights over it. You are responsible for its lawfulness and for any confidentiality obligations you owe to others.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, ComeOnPC is provided "as is"; we are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or US$50 if you are on the free plan. Consumers keep all rights they have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we collect and why. It forms part of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use ComeOnPC after that date means you accept them.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law and may bring claims in your local courts.
